I have tried to install Norton AntiVirus on Vista B2. Then I got a message that I must be an administrator to install. I looked in the user list and I'm an administator. What is wrong?
And who do I logon as the standard computer admin. Standard login screen with user/pass? I only se my self in the list, and I'm a admin.

Problems with install Norton
I strongly recommend avoiding all Norton products, since they have caused so many problems for me. are you trying the vista version of NAV? http://www.symantec.com/vista/index.jsp

I think so, but I avoid using Norton products, so I haven't tried signing up. check the web site I mentioned.

I'm a beta tester for norton and the NAV 2007 beta is coming out in the next few days. It will work with Vista. It shouldn't be too long until it's ready for public use.

Technically, it is, but you have to have an existing Symantec AV Corp. license. -- -- Andre Windows Connected | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta
